Simple application to remove programs

I am in need of a small application that will allow me to list all installed programs on a Windows XP/Vista/Windows 7 machine. This application will be able to list all programs installed on a 64 bit or 32 bit machine.

This application will also have to be able to uninstall any chosen program as well as list some specific attributes of them within a ListView type of control.

## Deliverables

There are some specific requirements of this application that will be listed below:

1. This application must be coded in a module/class so that it can be easily used in multiple projects.

2. The source code for this project must be provided to me.

3. The demo application must be multi threaded so that the UI does not freeze up when loading applications.

4. The demo project must utilize a ListView with four columns: Application name, Approximate size of installation, Publisher, and install date.

5. This project must target the 2.0 framework and should not include any framework specific technologies that exceed 2.0.
