Project Description:
I am looking for a developer who has had experience in Speech Recognition software.
The project involves transcribing ( Speech to text ) a real time voice call into text.
Here is the process of the system.
1. System will make a voice call (via SIP) to a specific number.
2. Once answered it will begin recording the conversation.
3. At this stage there will be real time speech so if possible I would like the SPEECH to be transcribed into TEXT REAL TIME. If real time transcribing is not possible then the recorded audio file will be transcribed after the call is completed.
I would like for the application to be built in VB .Net. There are a number of free Speech to Text API to work from such as Microsoft Speech. Advise as to what Speech Recognition engine to use is greatly appreciated.
