I am a Realtor, and I have a voicemail system that people call to get free information on a home. When they call my voicemail system and put in an extension number, I want to be able to send a SMS text message them the details of the property and driving directions back to the phone number they called on.
I recieve an email or text message to my phone everytime someone calls the voicmail system. The email tells me the extension they called on, the phone number they called, and the phone number that they called from. Most of the people that call in are on cell phones and are calling off the sign in front of the house for sale.
So I would like you to build a program that reads the email, identifies which extension they called on, and depending on which home extesion they called on, the system will automatically text message them back the details on the home and driving directions.
So the program needs to have an interface where I input information so that If someone calls on extesion "?" then send them "xxxxxx" to the phone they called in on. I don't know if this program needs to be built as a software device for a phone, or it can be built in microsoft outlook. I'm running exchange server. Here is the info that I am sent via text message and email:
Voice message sent to (561) 422-4130 mailbox 82 ext 22 at 3:37:21 PM on 2/26/2007 from (561) 630-5981
P.S. I would also like to build a text message follow up feature that text's them the next day to see if they need any more info.

I am being notified via email that is sent to my email account. I use microsoft outlook for email.
I can change it to send me a text message as well. So the answer is both outlook and txt message. I don't check the voicemail, the information get's pushed to me via email.
The call-in records are stored as incomming emails in my inbox in microsoft outlook. I don't want my voicemail system to matter becuase everything comes in via email.
