Trading terminal to metastock & amibroker

Project Description:
Hello programmers,

I NEED A APPLICATION TO FETCH REALTIME DATA FROM Nest Trader,TTADV, & ODIN MARKET WATCH / FROM THE RESPECTIVE DLL TO METASTOCK AND AMIBROKER, {optionallyTRADESTATION,Ninja trader,fcharts,excel...}.
fetching Data from free sources like google and yahoo too
The app should support DDE Support and data shud be in Metastock data format.

Application must have following criteria:

1) lowest time period of tick should supported ,i mean out put data in tick format.(optional)
2) every 0-2sec NEW DATA SHOULD BE FETCHED AND data should be converted into metastock format
3) user setting to select fetching from 1/2/3 terminals simultaneously
4) Backfill incase of 1min/5min database from user selected directory(backfill data can be either METASTOCK FORMAT/CSV/Metastock ASCII and in local directory only)
5) Market watch window like GRIDS TO SHOW Symbol,LTP,VOLUME,DAYS HIGH,DAYS LOW,DAYS OPEN,prev high,
prev low,weekly high, weeky low, . and user can select alerts when price cross over high/low.
6) yahoo,google log in windows to get realtime quotes
7) WITH FULL SOURCE CODE.
