Project Description:
I need a VPN connection software similar to this one:

This was written by one of the freelancers here but it has a lot of bugs and crashes. So I need a new one with the same functionality.
In simple software does this:
1- User enters username and password
2- User chooses the server address
3- Software makes a PPTP VPN connection to the given address using builtin Windows PPTP VPN client.
4- Software reads server addresses from an external database.
My maximum budget for this is $100. So please bid reasonably.
