highly prefer to use ms visual basic 2008 express edition
install on windows xp, 7 desktop

must be prepared to do a small part of the project first

get text labels from external ini or csv file
data entry (follow mobile stock form) (what if there is an update on the stocks?)
(tab to move on) (use tab controls for whole cakes/mini items)
export to external csv
dial up a modem, send csv by ftp, and disconnect (detect dialup success/failure and display)
Please note that I want to do 5. first before we proceed on the rest. If 5. is not done properly, I am prepared to cancel the rest of the project.
