The database schema is only three tables;
Client – For client related information
SurveyInfo – for survey related metadata
SurveyQuestions – for the actual survey data

The database and the data sits on the server.
An individual can open the application and use one or more of the search criteria to search the database.

As an example search, one could find all survey questions made between 5/1 and 5/20 for X client containing Y keyword. Once found, the results display all the survey questions that meet the search criteria, as well as a link to the network drive where the data, Xtabs, and survey script documents are located.

I would like this project to use SQL server for the database, and have the front end interface written in VB (I'm somewhat open to other technologies.). User opens VB application, picks whether it is a "search" or "adding data" and has the Picture 2&3 interfaces.
