Project Description:
Hi. I need a small script written for MS Outlook that does the following:
1. If an email arrives to my inbox from sender [A: email address]
2. With the text [B: text] in the subject line
3. Then forward the email to distribution lists [C,D,E: distribution lists email addresses, already set up]
4. And include in the body of the email the text [F: text of email (static, won't change)]
5. Flag the email as High Importance
6. And request a Read Receipt be sent to me

I can do 1,2,3,5,6 with the existing menu driven rule creation within Outlook, but I can't figure out (4); so I need a script that does all of them as one rule (or however you do it) and resides in my Outlook and runs like a regular rule automatically (and can be switched off at times, like a regular rule.)

I need the script to be generic regarding all the letter data {A,B,C,D,E,F}, but with easy marks within the code so I can go replace e.g. "F" with the actual text that I need to send out, and "A" with the incoming email address that would start the script, etc. Also, a quick step by step of how I would go about replacing the letters if it is more complicated than replacing the letters. (You don't have to use letters, could be *Item Number 1* or however is easiest to leave bookmark for the real data.

Thanks very much.
