We currently work with 11 freelance 'providers' and are looking to build this team to 30.
Our projects cover many areas so no matter what your skills we can probably find you work. Fluent in English and the ability to communicate by Skype message service is desirable.
We are looking to expand our team from an emerging economy country. This is full time work 30 - 40 hrs per week. So we are only looking for bidders that regard $50 - $60 per week as an acceptable weekly income.
This is full time work but leaves room for workers that are keen to impress and work for the benefit of the team, to earn more.
We have several projects at any time and often experiment on new techniques. If these experiments are unsuccessful it is our loss - you still get paid, if they are successful you could a receive performance bonus based on your input.
Some of our projects may require training or educating yourself in certain areas - we will make allowances for this and still pay you providing your results demonstrate your new skills.
We are currently looking for coders that are skilled in CSS template building, content writing (must have good English skills), can assist with customer service issues (hosting), link building, VBScript coders, etc

Whats wrong with you people bidding for this low life slave trader. His profile says he lives in the United Kingdom, where by law the minimun wage (generally unskilled work, packing selves, warehouse work) is £6 (12$) per hour. Webdesign averages at £20 ($40) per hour.

However, unless you openly bid I cannot respond by PM - please post your bid within the project.
Secondly I clearly stated in my project - "Please list your skills by PM in an attached zip."
I will not respond to automated/pre-wriiten sales pitches. If you cannot be bothered to reply to my post personally & observe my request then I will return the same effort & ignore your bid - no matter how appealing it may seem.
I am looking to build a 'team' not waste my time trawling through 60+ responses from providers that can not even be bothered to read my requests.

Though $50 -$60 for 30-40 hours per week is pretty low, I would still opt for it because of the long-term nature of the project.
