Excel data 2 Access : MS office programmer needed

Hi,

For my customer I need to transform data from Excel into Access. Excel data includes several types of exceptions per employee per day in 2007. Every week has the separate spreadheet which has several types of exceptions per day of the week (see attachment). Additionally the day hours are splitted into two parts- morning part and afternoon part. I would like to have the automated solution to transform such spreadsheets into access database with the format:

EMPLOYEE_ID DATE_ID (1-365) EXCEPTION_ID HOURS_MORNING HOUR_AFTERNOON

or


EMPLOYEE_ID WEEK_ID (1-53) DAY_OF_THE_WEEK (2-6) EXCEPTION_ID HOURS_MORNING HOUR_AFTERNOON
