Re write of very small application that retrieves datafrom access data base and displays it with option to
Add new Record
Change Record
Export to Excel
The records are invoice details, 7 fields, and must have a simple
calendar select so the information is displayed by month
We will supply copy of current data base and application
Reason for rewrite is it has a date bug that displays date in MM/DD/YYY we need all dates in UK DD//MM/YYYY and the person who developed it has not been contactable to fix this bug
To protect us from the above all source code must be supplied with the application so to protect us from having to have further rewrites
