• Create and add a button to the central ribbon in two views of Outlook 2010; one on the List View and one on the Message View. These buttons take the same action on a message, with the list view requiring the user to first select a message (otherwise the button is greyed out and inactive). These buttons are only available to take action on items within the Inbox and Sent folders, otherwise they are greyed out and inactive.
