VB6 multi webpage browser with auto refresh and continously changing proxy server

I would like a simple application written in Visual Basic 6. The main form of the program will have multiple web browsers which refresh their pages every 10 seconds. Each time an individual web browser refreshes, I want it to change to the next proxy server in the list (loaded from a text file) and load the page through that proxy. I will test the software myself and require all the source code on completion. I will require a test version before payment and completion of the project.
