I am looking for someone to write an interface (that will effectively free me from current labour intensive data entry) and then to provide a program to format subsequent data to be viewed by others. I am seeking someone with the skill/experience to ...
1. create a user password protected web interface that I can upload to my site. After login the user would then submit their own data to be received in a dbase dbf format (i will provide the existing database files/fields) which will then be used by me to "run" in an existing dos-based Clipper program.
2. secondly to create a program/method to then extract resultant data (after I have run it in the clipper program) and to format that data into multiple html pages (or such) that can be read over the internet, again from a password protected user login.
3. there are approx 70 data entry fields initially (small fields that will fit on one screen - all examples will be available). There would be approx 12 screens/pages of html (?) output that need to be created & formatted from that program data for user viewing from my web site
