Having problems with incoming calls.

This was the response from the 800 number provider when I opened support ticket:
The maximum call duration variable is used only for outbound calls. It does not affect inbound calls.
These calls you indicate here are legitimate calls, and they lasted the maximum time we allow a call to take place (14400 seconds)

After reviewing your CDR, and seeing that all calls are instantly answered, I can provide an explanation as to why these calls lasted so long.

It is likely a fax machine or some kind of autodialer calling your tollfree number.
The IVR on your system answers the call, and does not disconnect the call, and loops your IVR menu until we drop the call 14400 seconds later.
I need this fixed ASAP
