Project Description:

I am looking for a professional web based time attendance and payroll software for U.S. market.
Require previous experience developing T&A software!
Payroll export
Real time reporting/Report writing
Biometric interface/barcode reader for punch in/out (i.e. Secugen Hamster)
Keyboard punch in/out
Start/Stop Break & Lunch
Manual time changes by admin/supervisor(Missing punches notification)
Unlimited departments/divisions/jobs/employees, etc.
Scheduling/Timesheets
Workweek/Flexible Pay period
Security policies/IP restrictions/Roles and permissions
Rounding
Time zone aware
Backup capabilities
Pay rules/Overtime rules
Unlimited location access and tracking
Messaging system
Works with IE 6.0 and above, Firefox and others. Only an internet connection required for access.
Easy, simple to use interface.

This will be used by multiple clients with 5-100 employees, to schedule, collect and total hourly punches for export to my payroll software. Looking for someone who has previously designed code for this type of application.If you already have similar software completed then you can give a bid for completed software with any necessary customization.
Deliverables:
- Complete time attendance software with source code and documentation
- Install working application on server
