Hello

I need free sign ups daily to my affiliate link (http://www.amateurmatch.com)

The sign ups must be from unique USA or CAN IP addresses and must also enter usa/can zip codes

They should have different unique email addresses usernames, browsers and operating systems

I can pay up to $40 per 200 sign ups through GAF or PayPal
