I need 500 genuine members/signups. I can offer as much as 10c per signup (that's 10c per lead -- higher than many CJ programmes) if the signups really are genuine.

Can anyone do this job? If so please provide a short course of action to explain how you'd do it.

Sign ups are totally free, what I'm looking for are signups where people post a photo and a detailed interesting profile.

Should be an easy job for someone with the right skills.

up to $10.00 after 200 members join
up to $20.00 after all 500 members join

Maximum I will pay for total 500 members is $50.00 -- these are free signups (no subscription).
