Project Description:

We have a large sports site and need someone to sell our advertising space to advertisers on CPM basis.

We need someone with experience in ad selling in general and preferrably someone with experience/contacts from the gambling industry, which are currently our primary advertisers.

We are a soccer sports site with more than 1 million page views per month and growing rapidly. We will pay you on commission basis giving you 15% of the revenue that your sales generate.

Depending on your skills it could therefore be a very lucrative deal considering our size and current growth.

The assignment consists of 3 things:

1) Before we get started, we want you to go through our site and give us some estimates of how much you expect that each ad space will be able to sell for.

2) We want you to go through the site and give us some recommendations as to how we can better integrate ads into our content so that they perform better and will be easier to sell.

3) After having agreed on 1 and 2 we want you to try to find relevant advertisers, who preferrably pay on CPM deals. Your experience and contacts should hopefully make you able to find some good advertisers who pay well.

We are interested in making direct relations to each advertiser instead of the large ad networks, who take a large portion of the revenue.
