Project Description:
I need SEO and traffic for my tourist agency website, we are providing private accommodation mostly (for now). (PM me for the URL)
(1) SEO:
- Quality Link building, 120 PR3+ links, links should be put on a RELEVANT sites.
30 for France
20 for Austria (they speak German)
20 for Italy
20 for United Kingdom
10 for Germany
10 for Netherlands (Dutch)
10 for Switzerland (they speak Italian, German and French)
NOTE: Using Google Translated search, Google Translate a Web page and/or Firefox with GreaseMonkey addon and BabelMousish2 script will help you A LOT, so you don't have to know any other language than English
Regulations for (1):
Links must be from sites related to:
- Travel connected to Croatia, Adriatic Sea, Istria (the more precise the better)
- Accommodation in Croatia, Istria
- Spending summer holidays in Croatia
*All PR`s must be genuine
*All links to be TEXT LINKS not graphics links.
*Definitely NO link exchanges and NO reciprocal links.
*Links must be permanent and NOT temporary, I check on a regular basis.
*Links should contain the target key phrases in target language (will be provided) as a text hyperlink and not just the home page and should be followed by a short description.
Definitely NO "no follow" links to be in the code of the site.
*Links must be indexable by search engine robots inc Google, googlebot etc and Yahoo. DO NOT include blacklisted sites.
*All links must be static. NO hidden links,java script or cgi re-directs, NO string parameters,session ID`s etc.
*No search spam, no blog comments, forum comments, no classified ads, no guest books, footers
*No links to be included within framed pages.
*All links MUST include the target keywords or phrases as title text on the text hyperlink
*Any link page we are included should have no more than 20 outbound links.
*Links must be placed MANUALLY not by automated software like IBP Arelis, Zeus etc.
*Links must be FREE links not paid ones.
*One LInk on a different IP or domain, multiple links on the same Domain or IP address not permitted.
*No links to be placed on sites that are considered link farms, web rings or link exchange programs - you KNOW the ones! No scraper sites, mirror sites
*Links to be from DIFFERENT geographically diverse Class C IP addresses.
*No links to be placed on Flash pages or Flash sites.
*All links placed must be put on sites that are completed. No UNDER CONSTRUCTION sites etc.
*Links MUST NOT include "sponsored" "advertising" or "slot links" or any links that search engines recognize as paid links.
*Links to be placed on sites that have a Google cache no older than 30 days.
*All links to be visible and readable, NO hidden links at all.
*No links to be placed on penalized sites with a Google penalty.
* DO NOT include dynamically generated links, mouse overs and other PR hoarding trickery.
*Any links our site is already listed on will not be counted.
*I require you to submit a list of suggested links to us for approval BEFORE they are placed on a site.
*I reserve the right to withhold payment on any questionable links or to require you to change any questionable links.
1. You should keep one single Excel spreadsheet with 5 columns:
a) URL submitted to
b) the URL’s PR
c) Date submitted
d) exact hyperlink text
e) Approval.
You will fill in the first 4, (I may change d) and I will decide the e.
2. I shall review progress frequently, on a daily basis or every other day, and you shall send me the excel spreadsheet which I’ll analyze and approve the links.
3. I reserve the right to cancel any link not complying with my instructions.
4. I will review and follow up to see that the linking pages are cached in Google.
(2) Promotion:
- You must be able to drive targeted traffic to the site by submitting to search engines, directories, classifieds, article websites, etc. Promoting through blogs (blogspot, wordpress, etc.), forums, yahoo answers, social bookmarks (digg, stumbleupon, del.icio.us, etc.) etc.
- You should post and submit articles/posts/links in the right categories to drive traffic.
- Above methods should bring in 1.000 UV daily, and increasing after 2 or 4 weeks.
Regulations(2):
- No paid traffic
- Traffic must be targeted/interested/real, sites RELATED to travel, lodging
- Visitors must be from Europe (France, Austria, Italy, United Kingdom and others)
- No spam, bots, robots, link farms, exchanges
- Only legitimate ways
- Links permitted under (2) won't count under (1)
(3) SEO:
- I want to get top 10 rankings (Google, Yahoo, etc.) for „Accommodation in Istria“ and „Apartments in Istria“ (translations for 4 languages mentioned above) for English is a bit tricky (2.100.000 results) so I do NOT require top 10 for English, but other 4 languages are like 100-300k results, and DO NOT bid if you think you can’t do that.
Also note that page is out there for about 7 years and has PR2.
(I can do the SEO on the site, but I'm open to suggestions that will produce better and/or faster effects. Basicly I intend to have SEF url's, different title and meta on each page. Sitemaps also.)
Payment procedure is fixed and not negotiable :
STEP 1: 40% of the winning bid will be escrowed via GAF.
STEP 2 You send a list of pages for my approval before you submit
STEP 3: you submit the link and send an excel list with clickable links (1) the 40% will be released and the other 30% will be escrowed
STEP 4 when the links are indexed by Google and I hit 1k UV in one day (2), the second 30% will be released and the last 30% will be escrowed
STEP 5: When I hit Google top ten for translations of 2 key phrases mentioned above (3) in German, French, Italian and Dutch (English not obligatory) last 30% will be released.

Planned 4-6 weeks from the time you start the work.

Since no one posted a bid that matches project description, so all of them are partial bids, or proposals for a more complete solutions,
I decided to close this project.
I will reconsider many advices I gathered from experts that have placed bid on this project, and I will open a new one, looking for a more complete solution.
