The aim of this tender is to improve the search results of this website on Google by modifying the website code only - which includes updating the following (and possibly other items) on the website:

The website to be updated is www.veryquiet.com which is an automated news collection and keyword analysis service which collects news from 1000s of providers every five minutes. We need to update the content so for certain keywords www.veryquiet.com appears on the first page of google results.
There are seven news categories on the website to update the content which should be prioritised in the following order:
Football / Soccer News (smallfootball.htm) <---- Top Priority requiring the most work
World News (smallnews.htm) <---- Second Priority
