PTC various roles - earn to create accounts, admin web design n click on ads

Project Description:
I have a number of things that I need however will start off with:
Accounts, Web design, Marketing Team, Admin, Advertisers, Ad Clickers

ACCOUNT TEAM - I need at least 100 of each working accounts CREATED once accounts are created I need them in a spreadsheet and sent to me.

TEAMS
if you are a team working together than all in one spreadsheet or individual names is fine.
INDIVIDUAL
individuals send the accounts you have generated and ill pay individual based (I need a quote for every 100 accounts made)i.e.
alert pay, PayPal, and hotmail = 1 creation (PAYPAL AND ALERT PAY = HOTMAIL ADRESS THEREFORE MUST BE HOTMAIL THEN ALERTPAY THEN PAYPAL LAST)
THE PROCESS TAKES ABOUT 6 HOURS TO DO EACH

100 Hotmail.com email accounts
100 alert pay accounts via promo link
100 PayPal accounts via my promo link
100 PTC accounts each on 4 different websites – via promo link

all username, email, payment processors(PayPal and alert pay)ect, hotmail and alertpay/paypal need to match i.e. all 5 sites username bux00 all 5 sites password “any password” payalert/paypal bux00).

This is the total amount needed at this stage but extra accounts = extra money therefore you will be working as a team with me rather than bidding each other out.

(whoever applies will be involved in the project)

For example if there are 10 bids and each can do 10 account creations then that is project 1 complete and we simply move to the next project. And will be paid pro rata.

If you can do more than that is in favour

I will supply the Further Details needed for creation in a txt file upon project request

account usernames and passwords must be working and stored in a excel spreadsheet.

I WILL OWN ALL ACCOUNTS HOWEVER WILL BE USED FOR TEAM AD CLICKERS
EACH ACCOUNT WILL GENERATE REVENUE EVERYDAY 365 DAYS A YEAR WITH OPERATORS.

DUE TO A BUDGET I HAVE CHOSEN TO AD A NEGOTIATION
OPTION A
$1 per account per a day ($100 a day) paid once audited everyday(payments within 24hours)
the more active accounts the more the rate is per a day.

OPTION B
Optional
Advertising your company on the 5 sites with your company website or projects on it to get 20500 visitors to your site

OPTION C
1 Year Free advertising on all 5 websites available for your SEO or traffic linking projects
available 356 days a year unlimited links.

PLEASE BID BASED ON THE ACCOUNTS YOU CAN CREATE AND OPTIONS

PLEASE NOTE that the client will not pay until 100% satisfied with the trial(10 accounts) once we are happy the the trial(changes ect.) payment is sent and takes 72 Hours as we are processing over 500 accounts for payroll.

we will not tolerate unclear formats so we could kindly have the accounts in xls spreadsheet.

please tak note also we will pay for the trial however decide wether we go ahead with the project or not, please do not be offended if that is so 99% of the time we are happy, but we have cancelled project with a party and now they are trying to hack paypal, so we just need to keep that clear with everybody:)
