Getting viewcount info from YouTube API

I will give you bonus if the program feels fast. The input file is a unicode or UTF-8 txt which looks like Column header : A B C D Hap sa ND You do Then I want a program that will do it: 1. Search vids with title that contains "Hap sa" in Youtube API 2. Find the vid with the most view counts (say, it was 500) 3. Search vids with title that contains "ND" in Youtube API 4. Find the vid with the most view counts. (say, it was 700) 5. Put bigger one to 4th column. 6. Do the same for "You do" again (say the most viewed vid's view count is 200) (It doesn't have 2nd column so skip it.) 7. Goes on like this. The final result will be Column header : A B C D Hap ND 700 You 200 I want someone who can be online at freelancer.com during most of the day time. I hope you have some youtube API experience, too. Unicode, UTF-8 (non-English like Chinese, Japanese, Korean) should work for both input and output.
