Get a list of all Workers Comp./Workers Compensation collection Companies Info without fax
: Name, Email and phone
Need you to find a list of all fax numbers for those Dr's!!

* must be accurate and write some script that find those fax numbers
we need 10K, 50K, 100K and 500K fax numbers of these doctors on these list
