scraping application for betdaq

Project Description:
I require a web scraping software to scrape the BACK odds from the odds comparison site- oddschecker.com of all the bookies listed for UK horseracing for each meeting of the day.

I need these odds to be compared to the LAY odds on Betdaq only [ NOT BETFAIR] , scanning for a LOWER lay price only, and for this information to be displayed on a simple interface/gui [ if thats the correct terminology].

the interface would display a results format something like --

TIME COURSE HORSE BOOKIE NAME IE BET365 BACK PRICE BETDAQ LAY PRICE
14:50 Leicester lucky Joe Coral 6.8 5.9

THAT IS ALL I NEED.

It needs to work off the betdaq FREE api to ensure no additional api costs are incured.

it does not need to look pretty or fancy at all, i am happy to sacrifice gui appearance for a simple, functional app.

it needs to scan these markets quickly and continuously

i have no preference to programming language used.

i would need the source code handed over at completion.

Please only those who have experience of such projects and betdaq/betfair experience bid.

it would of course need to be able to log in to detdaq using my username/password details t extract accurate lay prices.
