We need to upgrade ,secure & harden 2 websites.
These are the requirements :

1. upgrade both sites , to the latest version 2.5.X (it is in now at 1.5 dev tree)
2. mail\forms from the site doesn’t seem to work.
3. at the bilingual site -english site seems to encounter problems with php on main page.
4. both sites are using RTL writing.
