Mobile Website Builder with jQuery Mobile (html5 web app) - repost

Hello, I am reposting this project because of recent starting problems with project. My selected programmer couldn’t fulfill time requirements and then our project delayed many times. Now you have the chance to complete this project. The project details and its scope is almost clear and there are already created php and html files which will be a huge help to accomplish project in short time. I need a programmer who uses these files, creates a neat web application i can charge my customers for. Here is project description: I need a web based platform that provides various options allowing my customers to create their custom mobile web application (with jQuery mobile) and see it immediately on right side of page. After created, they will call it up via a link under my main domain. Further options must be download (for uploading it to own servers) and create a native app from it for iOS and Android platform. They should also be able to create a web app from an excisting site. The central element of this will be a Mobile App Builder. The web application will start with a login and then a page manager where my customers can add and edit mobile pages with many design and content changing options and finally purchase the result via online payment methods like PayPal or I receive wire transfer or check and edit user payment manually in admin backend. I want to provide two ways: monthly subscriptions or yearly payment. After login, my customers will have a backend where they can manage their account, created applications, payments etc and see analytics of their applications. You must have experience with web technologies and be able to show mobile websites / applications that you have done, ideally using jQuery Mobile.
