I need a system/interface to be designed for one of our clients website that will be a mobile responsive / desktop version of a order system for ipad devices and desktop computers used mainly by sales staff to create orders for customers while they are onsite and also allow for protected access to the system so customers with their own logins can lodge their own orders via the website.
The staff in the office will manually import the order by a txt file csv or similar direct into MYOB v19 to create the item sale, this file should be generated at the server and emailed to the account staff to import(if there is a better solution please suggest one).
Most orders are 2-20 different items and different quantities. The price list will need to be changeable on a daily or weekly basis by exporting a file from MYOB and uploading to the system you will create, this way any items not in stock will be removed from the system and new stock levels updated.
The main reason for this system is to save time for data entry staff taking hand written orders and entering them into MYOB.
