514108 Make White Label Version of Website 2

I am running the [login to view URL] video/theme script. I would like to be able to make this available as a white label option for other websites to use on their site. When somebody uploads a video we encode it using [login to view URL] and then store the videos with Amazon S3. All the functionality would be the same and all uploaded videos would still come through our admin area for approval and store on our Amazon S3. All payment would come through us etc. We would only have one category (travel) that would display for them. So it would be an exact replica of our site except it would show on their domain with there look/feel/design (Header/Footer) but will really be hosted with us and everything still come through our system. We would like to be able to offer this to other websites. Please PMB with details on how you will do/set this up. Thanks
