I want to build a website which is a platform for buyers (consumers) looking for specialist professionals of a specific category ( say painters) for services.
The buyer can post assignments and get responses by those interested professionals. The listed professionals would also have a "portfolio" hosted on the website.
This can be similar to the freelancer.com model but focused on only ONE category of professionals from INDIA.
The website should have electronic payment capability. Looking for a professional developer/company for web development and maintenance work for this new service.
