Header on a few locations

I need to get a header for a kajabi website. I'm not looking for anything fancy, just simple and classic. I'm adding samples of other headers. I need you to put the color scheme of the header together. although it's going to be basically blue and white, your suggestions will be appreciated. I'll supply the wording. Then I'd like to get the look and feel of the site to flow with the header. I just need the tabs and possibly the background to flow. Then I'd like to have this same header and color scheme used on a Facebook Fanpage, Twitter, Youtube channel, a flyer and a favicon . I also need the final .psd file so that i can edit it. I'm not looking for big design layouts. I have the design concept in my head. Just creating the header once and using that same design over and over. I'm looking for you to make sure it looks good. This is a really simple task for someone with design skills. Thanks a lot.
