Skills Required: Should have experiance in adobe photoshop etc. should be able to convert psd files into workable html. should have experiance with flash ,actioscript etc xml,php,asp is a plus but not necessary. should have knowledge of w3c standards. should be able to work independently should be creative. should be fast learner. should be able to work from home and have dedicated net connection. Time is flexible and you can work whenever you want provided you deliver work on deadlines. And you should be able to be online for atleat 1 hours every day.
