Project Description:
i will pay 60$ for either:
1. 2 PSD templates
2. 1 PSD+html (w3c validated) template.
No blog, proxy templates. Please submit only real and good designs..not 6 minutes or 1 hour work.
real estate, business, hosting are preferred but other themes should work too.You will have to give me all rights on the template including resell rights. Make sure that all elements within the template (images, icons..etc) have resell rights as well.
i will pay 60$ for 1 psd template only if it's a good design..long term relationship needed

again some clarifications to be made due to pm questions.
i don't need you to design them now..if you have them already send them to me...from contests you haven't won or etc..the templates width must be around 950px
