Project Description:

I am interested in moving a blog off our our main website, and creating a second NEW blog. I am hoping that by moving it to blogger so that it will be faster, have more blog features, and I won't have to pay for bandwidth. At the same time, I want a face-lift on the existing blog.

Here are the specs:
- Two female blogs, one for a person, and one for a topic
- Search available templates and make recommendations that fit cosmetically and fit the ads well
- Design to include room for three ad positions: leaderboard, rectangle, skyscraper
- Modify the templates with interesting custom graphics and/or clipart/photos
- Add all the usual blog features to the articles and sidebar
- Copy content from existing site (about 100 articles)

If you want to recommend a platform other than blogger.com, that is fine, but I want a site that will deliver 50-100K pages per day at no cost to me. However, if you make a different recommendation, you must convince me. I am not interested in a hosted wordpress environment -- already doing that, too expensive, slow, difficult to upgrade and protect from hackers, etc.

- Give examples of templates that you might use for this
- Indicate what blogger features you would put in the right column

All bids are hidden, but I probably won't pay more than $300 for this unless you can stun me with your blogger design abilities (ie. suggest some really good templates, integrate twitter/facebook, etc).
