Project Description:
I'm looking to build a diet building nutrition site for athletes. I need someone to create the foundation with the database and application. I'm not necessarily looking for design and style components just yet. I'm looking for someone with knowledge on solid freeware platforms and how to build a scalible solution. There will be user accounts and a payment system. The only product is membership. Once they pay, they get an account to the site.
