402141 Div&Css Template Design

hello Everyone, I am looking for a designer who can create a design following a website which I will provide you in Private Message Board. The design should be made using CSS and DIVs (web 2.0) and I prefer if you are able to also integrate (slice and integrate the template) in my script template. Please show me your portfolio website where I can see your abilities and write me if you can do both design and integration, or only design and slice (it's acceptable to receive the design in html slices).
