PSD to HTML

Project Description:
Hello All,

We have a PSD template that we needed converted to HTML.
This template is for XFileSharing Pro and we already have a coder Who can do the script implementation once the template is ready in HTML.

Anyone who has done XFileSharing pro type template work is preferred.
I am not 100% sure if the PSD to HTML slicing person need the knowledge of the script which is written in PERL (And uses HTML::Template)

Again preference will be given for past experience with this type of PSD to HTML conversions for scripts.
We have about 16 PSD files in total (see a sample attached). All pages must be cross browser compatible and html validated.
