5 Web Page Templates CSS HTML

Project Description:
We have sketched out 5 web pages in photoshop and we need someone to re-create them in web pages (HTML and CSS)

We also need our logo turned into a favicon and then provide instructions on how to use the favicon so that.

The web pages must look the same and be compatible in all major browsers: internet explorer 7.8, and 9; Mozilla Firefox, Chrome, Safari, and dolphin.

The pages must look the same on a MAC as they do on a PC.

The web pages must be mobile friendly.

The web pages must pass W3C tests.

We have provided both png and photoshop psd files for the web page mockups for reference.

We have provided both png and photoshop psd files of our logo for the favicon.

We have provide html files that contain the code required for the search box, and the add to cart codes.

We have provided both the background image and the webfont “ChunkFive” files.

I just uploaded the images for desing - I will upload the psds and other required files upon selecting a coder.

I just wanted to be clear that we do not want the images sliced up; we want web pages created with HTML and CSS to LOOK like the mockups we've created in photoshop.
