1 page HTML conversion with jquery menu

I need to convert this page into html . Right side has a menu . All I want you to do is following : 1) Convert the page into html and make menu active . 2) Add some menu links and 3-4 different content section ( highlighted in yellow ) in the same page , so that we can fill up the rest .
