Mac iWeb or Sandvox Designer Needed

I am looking for a Mac iWeb or Sandvox Designer who can help designing few of our website also guide me on daily operation.
It would be nice if the designer / consultant has a Mac and Sandvox as well. I wanted to see how many hours you would want guaranteed on the project. I would like to start out lightly (hour and cost wise) and then see how things go to make a determination as to ongoing work and other projects that I have in mind. Let me know what you would propose as to hours, costs, work arrangements, and schedules.
