Proposal Requested for Writing Web Site Content

I am building a new web site for a Condominium Association. I do NOT need the site coded. What I DO need is all of the content. Following are the details: The web site will have approximately 15 pages, spread across 4 levels. The content on each page will be 3-5 paragraphs long, 300-1000 words per page. All content must be original; no plagiarism from other sites. We have tools that can detect this. An extensive amount of photographs will need to be purchased from legitimate web photo providers and included in the content development. Please DO NOT simply respond with a bid price. THESE WILL BE IGNORED. You MUST submit a FORMAL PROPOSAL in MICROSOFT WORD format ONLY. Word to the wise: Make the proposal look professional. If your proposal does not look professional, how can we expect the final product to look professional? Please pay attention to the above requirements - any responses not complying WILL BE IGNORED.
