Reorganize all my notes, ideas, various set of rules into a well-defined project plan; this is not a business plan.
For the last couple of months, I am developing ideas, set of rules and conditions for a new website. I was putting all my ideas, thoughts, and suggestions from others into a word file and that word file is now in a scattered/cluttered format.
So I want help to reorganize all my cluttered notes, ideas, various set of rules/conditions into a well defined - frame document/project plan.

This should include understanding my vision towards the project.
Input more value/ideas into the project plan. Basically suggestion different options for each sections.

Imp Note: - Person should have knowledge about project management. Because the website will have a section dedicated for various type of projects. – bidding projects, placing a project and collobrate various people into a projects. So I like to get help to definite this project management sections with various menus and conditions.
