FBML FAcebook Fan Page modifications

I am having to post this project again.I currently have a facebook fan page and I need the following modifications:
On the welcome page, I have a splash page design that I created in photoshop. I basically need that design put on the Welcome splash page. Above the design, I want it to say "Join the Movement". Below the design, I first want a section that has "Follow Us" and have the follow us on twitter, RSS, Email, etc. I will provide those also. Below that I want a video section that says "Y&E Video of the Week". I only need one video player. Lastly, I want a section titled "Answer This" and a question that I will provide. Below it I want this plugin http://developers.facebook.com/docs/reference/plugins/comments (Which is just a facebook comment section) .
I actually have a complete example for this welcome page. I also have the design I want at the top and the comment section is already provided by facebook on developers.facebook.com. I basically just need all of this put on the page for me.
On the second page, I have a web TV page. I have the video and the comment section already on the page. On this page, I basically want it duplicated on that page withe a different header. I want "Artist Spotlight" w/ Video and comments, Y&E roundtable w/ video and comments, and "User submitted w/ video and comments. I do want a header on this page but it will be just a text box.
Basically, I have everything built into the fan page, I just need the some things duplicated and the images placed where I need for them to be.
