Project Description:
We are producing a new skin for a bingo site. The software is provided by a 3rd party and we have a design guide to follow. We can show you existing skins, we would like a new design that fits in with the template. There is just the homepage and a template for an internal page.
We are looking for someone that can do a character illustration as part of the design, we will just require the design as PSD.
