Ok, here's the deal... I'd like a PSD layout designed for a website promoting a 21st Birthday Party.
My budget is: $45.00 and I will set up a private job on Scriptlance for you, and escrow the money.
I would like a menu with the following...

Not to sure on the layout really... I'm going to leave it to your imagination, and see what draft ideas you come up with, and we'll go from there.
I'm thinking of having a banner header at the top of the page with a picture of a rave party in the background, and the title "Simon's 21st Birthday Party".
I shall send you some picture in a bit, but that should be enough to get started.
