I am looking to have a Real Estate Website created for my business.
At this time, I need a website that has
Home Buying
Guide to Selling
Agents
Careers
Contact Us
Home Page - function, look, and perform like www.era.com, but of course with other colors. The bottom slide would show featured properties that I have personally entered into the site, that when clicked would go to that property information. The search capabilities in the middle of the page should be linked to a real estate IDX called www.IDXBroker.com
Pages
Home Buying - an information page, though it should have a search capability on that page.
Guide to Selling - an information page.
Careers - Information page
Agents - is a page that allows visitors to search for agents, and once clicked on an agent show their information and an email form to email them.
Contact Us - is an information page.
Once created, I will need to be able to change the content, agent profiles, and add and edit featured properties.
Please tell me the type of platform that you would create this website on.

Remember this is a really water down version of these sites above, and do not need to have the bells and whistles that these do, but the design, look, feel, and scalability is what I am after.
