Destiny Kids Ministries
We require a Logo for Destiny Kids. This needs to not clash with main church logo yet be very child friendly.
Please see www.destinychurch.org.nz for main church logo.
Other departments within Destiny Kids will flow out of this logo (Examples are Destiny Kids Primary, Destiny Kids Preschool, Destiny kids Creative, Destiny kids Channel) and may use part of the logo as a reference to where connected but then still have own identity through their chosen logo. Example of this working is Disney and Nickalodian. (There is potential for future work as new departments being created and they will need their own logos).
Colour palette preferred is "The Lorax" Movie.
Open to suggestions as not set yet on this concept, but know what it is when I see it.

Everybody has the potential to be a great leader & has gifts and talents that are valuable to the church & the community. We endevour to provide keys to help them unlock potential in areas of growth and development of charactor. Destiny kids believes that everyone is unique, chosen, royal and therefore should have a certain type of dress, attitude & character. They will be 10 times better.
The culture of Destiny Kids is that its not school, and therefore is not bound by educational criteria but a conducive environment for learning and applying Christs nature. The teams are developed to teach out of love as opposed to being disenplanary. As we are not trying to replace the educational system, or parents role, but provide a supportive and encoraging character developing environment. We use social networks, texting, emailing and planning meetings to strategise and have team uniformity. We have a hands on management style, we set the theme and give keys points of focus, encouraging self management and creativity which then facilitates ownership, accountability, developing templates to duplicate for growth, and franchisability.
