Dragonmex, an international exporter of yellowfin tuna (and selected produce, as an extension) based in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, needs a clean, professional, aesthetic website built to represent the company online. We would like to find a Web Designer who also is skilled in Graphic Design and can additionally retouch and edit our current logo, as well as retouch digital photos of our products.
The website will primarily be a source of information about the company and products, and will need links to pages with information in separate categories (e.g. history, bio, process, product info, etc.). We will have photos of the products taken ourselves which may need to be edited by the designer in order to present them in an attractive, eye-catching, but honestly representative way and used on various pages throughout the website. We are interested in the possibility of interactive maps to demonstrate various aspects of the company and it's processes, including the catching areas and sales locations. We are also considering the addition of a secured page, containing sensitive information and photos relevant only to our trusted customers. The company would need 24 hr access to the website for the purpose of photo uploading and information updates.

Addendum to original project post:
Our website will need to be multi-lingual, offering the user a selection of language in which to view the site. We can provide the translations of the copy for the site.
The site will also need to include an interactive page for potential customers to submit personal profile information, which we the administrators can view or have sent to a company e-mail address, in order to weed through spam and identify legitimate potential clients.
Specifically, what we are looking for in assistance with the logo includes creating a custom color along the lines of "Metallic Blue" for the logo image, letterhead, etc. Our logo retouch will require sharpening, use of new color, possibly texture, but everything must be able to be printed on business card stock. More details will be discussed. We will need a copy of the finished logo in jpeg format for our use.
We will also need a simplified version of the logo for black and white use, which can be stamped in one color.
