Complete Website Design for Musical Instruments Wholesaler

I am looking for a professinal who can design a website for a musical instruments wholesale company. Currently the website ampdistributiondotcom is outdated but provides most of the information that we will want to put onto our new site. Please find attached spec for this job. I am looking for someone who has excellent English and who can provide real samples of work that they have completed. I will also want to see some design layouts before the final theme is chosen. It is imperative that the work is completely in a timely fashion. We will pay half of the money upfront and the balance upon completion, granted that we are 100% satisified with the work done.
