Complex database Website design and creation - plus possible an app to go with it.

Further details to follow but in short I am looking for initial proposals to design a complex website that looks and is as simple to use as this; [login to view URL] and that can provide a user with a search function to find a tradesman Also allow users to review the tradesman (each user will be able to log into the site and create an account) And the feedback given in a rating system will automatically adjust the 1-10 score that the firm has The website will also allow the tradesman to log into the site and update their own details. Customers of the website will be able to submit a query that can be sent either manually or automatically to the tradesmen and also provides a reporting function for us to use. I know that this is a very vague outline and there are probably more things that we require for the site but we would at like to get some initial proposals in. We would ideally like to work with an experienced team who have produced something similar and who could provide graphics and design to make the site look very professional. Our head of I.T. who will conduct the project will be your point of contact and will be able to provide a more technical steer on the project. Customers will also need to be able to pay for items through the website e.g. marketing packages a user will need to amend their own tradesmen section without being able to amend the rest of the site. the complexity of the site will be one such as [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] This website will need to be custom built. Working for my current company I have witnessed their I.T. team take them to 2nd place in google so would be happy to share any information I can to help us achieve a similar position. I really need a team that can do it all! I may also need some help on a seperate project tidying up a website that I already have - minimal work in comparison to the actual project here.
